ADMISSION CHARGE

Admission charge for the public will be $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students with a school ID or senior citizens per day. AIA cards will be the only passes accepted at the gate. All current military members and veterans are free of charge with military ID.

A two-day pass may be purchased for $15.00 for adults. Students are not eligible for two-day pass discounts.

Transportation:
Athletes will be able to provide their own transportation if a waiver is turned in. Reminder, a waiver for EVERY MEET is required. Athletes without a waiver will be required to ride the bus. If you provide your own transportation to the event and do not turn in a waiver before the meet, you will not be able to compete at the meet.

In order to align with the Division and State Meet protocols, all check-in (track AND on-track field events) will occur in one location. Throwing events will check in at the event. On- Track field event check-in location will be moved from its previous location on the north field to under the west bleachers. There will be no initial check-in at field events. Please pay attention to the time schedule and announcements as to the start of events and subsequent flights.

Due to extensive track damage from previous events, we will be doing a spike check for all athletes entering the track. The only style of spike that is acceptable is a pyramid spike and may not be longer than 1/4”. If an athlete is caught using a spike longer than 1/4” that athlete will be disqualified from the event. This does not include shot put or discus. Here is a link to acceptable spikes.

Spectator, coach and athlete parking on the Red Mountain campus, excluding the dirt lot at the far north end of campus, will not be available until 1:30 pm on Thursday and 11:00 am on Friday due to assigned parking spots. Parking lots will be available at the LDS Church on Brown Road and Red Mountain soccer complex. For a map of the parking lot locations, please click here. All bus drop-offs and pick-ups must use the west entrance to the school (west of the football stadium). There will be no drop-offs in the student parking lot! This includes dropping of throwing implements and pole vault poles!

We will be seeding the DAY 2 running events of the Seeded Session based on athletes who check into the running events. Please see the time schedule at the bottom of this packet for the running event deadlines athletes have in which to report to their running events. Athletes who do not report by the time indicated will not be put into that race. It is imperative that coaches and athletes get checked in before the deadline at the meet.

Seeded Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Javelin will be an open pit format. Please see the individual event description and time schedule at the bottom of the packet for details.

During the event no additions or substitutions will be allowed. No substitutions may be made into the Elite session. Entries are not due until Monday, March 9th, 2025 so please make substitutions by Monday, March 9th, 2025 on athletic.net.
