Field Events:
All field event competitors will need to check out with event judges prior to reporting for any other field event. They will have 10 minutes after check-out to return to the event. After that time, the event will continue as scheduled. Adjustments to jump or throw order may be made by the event judge to accommodate athletes who are competing in more than one event at the same time.
In the field events, there will be a coaches’ box at each site. Anyone in a coaches’ box MUST be a district approved coach with proper coaching credentials for that event (especially pole vault). Any non-approved coach will be ejected from the field for the duration of the meet. All pole-vaulters must have weight certification on file with the Pole Vault Judge before competition. Weight declaration sheets will be at the pole vault venue to be filled out by a coach before the event begins. Coaches will only be allowed in the flagged off area and can talk to athletes within that area.
